Delivery Areas

We currently deliver toner cartridges and printer supplies across Sri Lanka.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 business days
  • Other Provinces: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability and unforeseen delays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on your location and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

We may offer free delivery for selected items or bulk orders.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification via email or phone.
Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected areas. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Used or opened toner cartridges (unless defective)
  • Items purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless faulty)

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days
  2. Provide your order number and issue details
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the delivery cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges may apply.
